The Murders...Explained

WHO ARE OUR VICTIMS?

TORI

Tori has the optimism of someone who’s never opened a history book. If you hang around long enough, she’ll try to convince you that breathing deeply will solve all your problems.

MURDER:

Tori was found dead in her kitchen with her hand severed from her body. Three of her kitchen knives were bloody, laying beside her.

GEENA:

Geena has only failed PE two times, but has been concussed four. The insurance company loves her pockets and her wobbly knees.

MURDER:

Geena was found laying life-less under her high school's bleachers with a pack of Marlborough Golds in one hand, and a garrote around her neck.

APRIL

Do you suffer from anxiety, or migraines? You may need a lobotomy. April claims "the needle didn't even hurt" – get your 'painless' lobotomy today!

MURDER:

April was murdered in her bed with a pair of nail scissors embedded between her eyebrows.

PENNY:

If the law of detachment was a human-being, it would be Penny – she'll produce the perfect hallucination, then run your heart (and pockets) dry.

MURDER:

Stuffed between two soiled mattresses laid Penny, dead in an empty motel room. Found on her body were fatal burn marks that resemble a taser, or the ends of a toy train track.

ELSBETH:

Elsbeth pirouettes with grace, but if you hear the click of her pointe shoes, it’s already too late—she’s choreographed your downfall.

MURDER:

With the ghost light on, Elsbeth was found center stage, lifeless and alone, surrounded by used bullets.

WESTON:

Weston's voice sounds like she gargles gravel for breakfast, and the only thing louder than her belt notes is her love for self-sabotage.

MURDER:

Weston was murdered by intoxication of a bottle of vodka filled with arsenic. She was found sunken in a manhole in St. Louis, MO.

- None of the murders were executed with the same technique...

- All of the murders were lazily disguised as possible self-induced killings, or accidents
